1. First-rate, high-class downtown venue with a reputation for successful shows; non-smoking, comfortable 20’ x 12’ stage, clear sight lines, high-quality sound and lighting equipment, configurable seating (round tables, theatre style, standing room only, etc)

1. High quality performance worth listening to, and rehearsed in advance. |
| 2. Advance ticket sales and advertising support: website banner ad, weekly email newsletter, listing in Weekender, listing on Community Calendars (WPSU, CentreDaily.com, StateCollege.com), monthly printed calendar posted around town |

2. Assistance with advance ticket sales and advertising including: email blasts, flyering, word of mouth, personal / professional website |
| 3. Availability by phone or email during the booking process |

3. Professional attitude and reasonable availability via email or phone during booking and before the performance
|
| 4. Honest and realistic negotiations with regard to your show; we look to encourage the arts in State College and partner with the best local and regional artists to benefit both SOZO and the artist |

4. A clear commitment to a performance date once it has been offered. An event can be cancelled for no fee up to 5 weeks prior to the scheduled date, after which the performer must compensate the house for rental and advertising expenses ($250) |

5. Promptness and preparation at both rehearsal and performance
