Events should be booked by the 15^th of the month prior to the event to be included in our monthly advertising efforts.

Venue fee: $460.00*

A non-refundable $200 security deposit is required to secure the event date. The remaining venue fee ($260) is due after the show.

The $460.00 covers all necessary expenses of the event, and will be split this way:

• $50 – Sound Person
• $60 – Parking for Vans and Trailers* (optional)
  
• $50 – Security and Clean up
• $50 – Marketing
• $250 – Facility Rent ($50 / hour for 5 hours)
  

Ticket prices, if any, will be determined at the bands discretion, in consultation with the venue.

Any ticket revenues from the event will go directly to the performers or renting group(s).

• 5:30 pm – Load in and Sound-check
• 7:00 pm – Door
